Shipping & Returns/Refunds
Shipping
Yangcho Lab LLC currently ships to the 50 states. Longer delivery times should be expected when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska including outer territories.
The majority of orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may increase and delay during major sales or during holidays.
We will attempt to be consistent as possible with these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them! If there are any delays or failed deliveries with our shipping carrier we will not be held responsible.
Refunds
All orders and products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Any used candles are not eligible for returns or refunds. However if there is sufficient proof of damage during shipment in the form of photos (sent to yclcustomerservice@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund.
You can return your unused, unlit candle for a full refund of your purchase price, minus the shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Candles
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
